512 teams (496 from Round 1 + 8 bottom teams from Group C of The Grind + 8 top teams from Group D of The Grind) will be divided into 32 groups. Each group will play 6 matches. Top 7 teams from each group and an additional 16 teams based on overall standings will advance to Round 3.
