256 teams (240 from Round 2 + 8 bottom teams from Group B of The Grind + 8 top teams from Group C of The Grind) will be divided into 16 groups. Each group will play 6 matches. Top 6 teams from each group and an additional 16 teams based on overall standings will advance to Round 4.
